The room was very clean. They came and cleaned everyday. The staff was truly friendly and very helpful. They were the best. We were greeted and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived.

We had a swim-up king suite with ocean front that was fantastic. Probably the best type of room at the resort. The beach was beautiful and the pools and grounds impeccably maintained. Excellence Riviera Cancun - Adults Only All Inclusive
You are greeted at the premises with a glass of champagne! You are waited on hand and foot, even when you are laying out by your room. We will definitely be returning!! The food, the service was excellent and our tours were just as we expected!! Fabulous!!!
