Es un hotel súper limpio, cómodo, con comida muy rica y el servicio de primera. Con vista al mar y al muelle está precioso es mi segunda estadía en este hotel y creo que no será la última.

I have stayed at Flamingo Cancun 8 times over the past 30 years. The bigger resorts are swankier, but i like the smaller size of Flamingo. I'm not worn out walking back & forth from my room to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was always friendly and took care of us very well. One thing I did not love was the buffet which I would rate as ok at best. With that being said we had fantastic meals at the two restaurants and found making bookings very easy.

Check in is NOT at 3 as advertised so we were not able to check in to our room until 4pm.
But once we were finally checked in, the room was gorgeous! The view was stunning! And to top it all off, I got engaged during our romantic dinner!!! Thank you to Paulino, our server, for capturing the moment with my phone! Paulino was amazing!
Angel at Gecko bar also helped us celebrate our engagement two days later.
The staff was wonderful!

Food were delicious and there were many options to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The pool is fantastic, sea and beach is so calm to enjoy time and swim. And the evening/night shows was also good to enjoy after day
