It was my least favorite of the Excellence Resorts. A Lobster House with no lobster. Staff threw away personal belongings. Some staff was rude and left our door wide open after room service.

The property was amazing. They do really pay attention to detail. The food was delicious very authentic. The buffet options were insane they had a lot. We opted out of the time share presentation.
