"A really superb small hotel, perfectly situated in the old quarter of picturesque old Lisbon. Rooms were very spacious and serene with exceptional shelf space if you like to unpack. Kind and attentive staff were always helpful and never obtrusive. Lumi - their rooftop restaurant - served scrumptious breakfasts in an airy, sunlit indoor room or open-air terrace with beautiful views of the lovely city. Luxurious and chic hotel. I’ll definitely stay there again. "

"My favourite hotel in the area. Staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Every area of the hotel is really clean. Has an excellent pool and bar area. The location is ideal for the Yumbo centre and close enough to the beach, dunes etc. "

"Supposedly a 4 star hotel but disappointing considering the price. They have the gall to charge €3/day to use the in-room safe - I've never seen this in any other hotel in the world; the 'housekeeping' is rudimentary - they will only make the bed, replace towels and empty bins; lots of choices in the breakfast buffet but it isn't great quality - their 'bacon' is some processed and reformed pig by-product. I'm sure there are better value options in Maspalomas."

"Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The reception staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided all the necessary information about the hotel's facilities and services. My room was ok. The amenities provided in the room as usual, like any other 5-star hotel. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day on a positive note. At one point, I found a cockroach on my site table, complain to the staff at my check out. "

"Typical low budget hotel for high money. Room with devastated floors tiles with not working lift for whole duration of stay.Food as expected low quality meats and other hot meals greasy. Veg and fruits very good.Cakes no comment all artificial. Not recommended. "
