"A great location for the airport bus, the Yumbo and restaurants. The facilities such as the pool and bar were excellent and the breakfast was good, with an excellent and extensive selection. There was quite a long walk to the bedroom, with a half flight of stairs, ,which is not ideal when carrying luggage. "

"Hotel is obsessed with charging for everything and in many cases things that ought to be complimentary. Dish washing liquid and cloth €4.5; one coffee pod €1.90; bottle of water €4, etc. The fridge was full of more drink than the usual mini fridge. "

"We stayed here this week nearly 10 years after our first visit.The hotel has added an extra sun terrace and 2nd gym room. The staff are still fantastic. Overall good value and nice vibe. That said...do bring earplugs...a couple of new bars have opened in the previously near-derelict La Sandia centre next door, including one on the terrace above a swinger bar and the music was loud/bad/late on a couple of nights."
