"My general impression is that the room felt too cheap for how expensive it was. I had multiple issues which, to their credit, the staff responded to with concern. It’s the little things as they say: there was no hand soap in my room, and when I asked for it, they just said they had run out. It wasn’t until I got a bit upset that they sent me some body gel to compensate. There were also issues with the toilet (constantly running water), which led to it needing to be replaced; this took a couple of days. And the AC is locked at 18 Celsius, which means it isn’t really cooling down enough. When we mentioned this they sounded surprised, which is not believable considering that it happens in several rooms. This hotel is good for the adult things and the proximity to Yumbo, but one can do better for the price, without a doubt."

"We booked fairly last minute for a weeks getaway. The property was clean, reasonably well maintained and in a good location for the beach etc. The room was decent, though we had twin beds and the kitchenette was a little under equipped, it was spotless and in decent condition. The pool area was lovely, not crowded and the bar was easily accessible. Be careful on the tiled floor though. It’s slippery when wet but there are lots of warning signs. Good breakfast buffet and the evening meals looked decent (though we didn’t have any, it was usually busy). There’s a handy supermarket around the corner. The staff are friendly and efficient too. Great base for a holiday."

"It’s rated as a 3 star accommodation. The apartment furniture is dated. It’s has very nice swimming pool and extremely well located to walk to the beach… only 5 minutes. We would stay there again!"

"Supposedly a 4 star hotel but disappointing considering the price. They have the gall to charge €3/day to use the in-room safe - I've never seen this in any other hotel in the world; the 'housekeeping' is rudimentary - they will only make the bed, replace towels and empty bins; lots of choices in the breakfast buffet but it isn't great quality - their 'bacon' is some processed and reformed pig by-product. I'm sure there are better value options in Maspalomas."
