"We had confirmed reservation and the hotel gave our rooms away. The front desk lady just walked out at 6, closing the reception. There was no assistance. We we stranded on the parking on new years eve and needed 3 hours to find accommodation. Expedia couldn’t find any booking too as everything was sold out. We somehow found a local hostel. There were other guests too who had similar experience and were stranded. Do not recommend this business. "

"Beautiful place. Away from the hustle of town. It was off season when we were there so it was very quiet. Restaurant was only open for breakfast and lunch. Pool was awesome. Lots of stuff to do during the day in the area and then head back for a relaxing evening. Monkeys would visit most afternoons. My daughter loved the resident cats and guard dog. The animals were as friendly as the staff. Thinking about bringing more family next year."

"This property was true to the pictures. There was plenty of room in for our family of 7. It was at a good location outside of Jaco and close enough to the San Jose airport to get our 12:30 flight. The deep sea fishing and surfing lessons were within 30 minutes. Make sure you put in the correct Playa Hermosa address if you go to Manuel Antonio so not to go in the wrong direction."
