"My husband and I had the most amazing vacation here for his 40th birthday! Truly the coolest and most unique place we’ve ever stayed! The Balinese-styled tented villas are luxurious and one-of-a-kind, fully stocked with every necessity. We stayed in a beachfront villa and my husband was able to surf right in front of our villa. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. "

"We had confirmed reservation and the hotel gave our rooms away. The front desk lady just walked out at 6, closing the reception. There was no assistance. We we stranded on the parking on new years eve and needed 3 hours to find accommodation. Expedia couldn’t find any booking too as everything was sold out. We somehow found a local hostel. There were other guests too who had similar experience and were stranded. Do not recommend this business. "
