"This hotel was exceptional. The room was a little outdated but very clean and an amazing view. All the food was really good and much better than a lot of restaurants. The staff was so friendly and our Butler, Alfonso was just fantastic! He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you Alfonso and thank you Sunset Beach"

"The room was fantastic and very clean. The dinner reservations were easy but almost didn't seem necessary. The service was AMAZING, every single staff member went above and beyond. Axel was very great at the front. The only suggestion I would have is to have another bartender at the pool bar as it got backed up frequently."

"Rooms are just as seen on site, we had an ocean view balcony- lots of hydro wires but could watch all the beach activities. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Weekends the music from the restaurant/bar across the street gets loud and they play club music till well after midnight but overall a great stay"
