"I recently stayed in a clean, comfortable room with a quiet atmosphere, comfortable bed, and well-functioning amenities (Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, and a neat bathroom). Housekeeping kept everything tidy, and check‑in/out was smooth. What made the stay exceptional was Marisa at the front desk she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, offering local tips and promptly handling a room request so I felt immediately welcomed. "Good location. Staff is very friendly. My only sugestion is to seal the balcony doors, as some insects, like cockroaches, can enter to the bedroom, meaning, there are no screens, and the balcony door has a big gap. Other than that, very nice hostal!! I would definitely come back!"
