"An Unforgettable Stay at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica! Our experience at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, we were treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. We received a beautiful upgrade that made our stay even more special, and every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The managers here are truly top-notch — you can tell they take pride in what they do and that they genuinely care about the guest experience. My wife and I normally aren’t fans of all-inclusive resorts, but this property completely changed our minds. The quality of the food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and varied with something for everyone. Every restaurant offered a different vibe, and we were impressed by the attention to detail and the level of service everywhere we went. The property itself is stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering spectacular views of the ocean and the mountains. It’s perfectly maintained and easy to get around. We were originally planning to stay at the Andaz or the Four Seasons, but we’re so happy we chose Planet Hollywood. It’s in the same gorgeous area and delivers an experience that rivals those luxury brands, but with a fun, laid-back energy that makes it feel even more special. Overall, this resort exceeded every expectation. Great people, excellent management, and a classy atmosphere. We highly recommend "

"Great property! You get to relax and stay in nature but with all the luxury amenities. The property does a great job of having constant transportation available to move around the grounds since it’s so big. Loved our room and the quiet pool area was very relaxing with beautiful views of the ocean. All meals were great! Favorite restaurants were Aqua and Portofino. We also loved their buffet and that it had authentic Costa Rican food as options. As for the staff they are all top notch. Everyone we encountered was super friendly, offered great service and always helpful. A huge shout out to Andre who really provided excellent service the days we laid out by the beach. "

"Loved the staff. The room was comfortable. The views from the resort are some of the most beautiful views we’ve seen in our lives. We loved enjoying the awesome and friendly wildlife. The attention to detail was another level. To finish off our trip we enjoyed a super relaxing spa day. Will definitely come back again. Costa Rica is truly PURA VIDA!!!"

"Such a lovely place. Low season and we had it almost all to ourselves. All the staff so friendly and attentive - Andrea, Sergio, Daniela - we felt like we were family - they greeted us by name, knew what wanted to drink with breakfast (which is included!), were ready to take care of whatever we needed. Food good - although a little pricey, but that is what you expect at a nice resort. There are a couple of places you can walk to (did for one lunch), but mainly just ate at their nice outdoor restaurant (has an air-conditioned section if you like, but we found al fresco rather enjoyable). Paddleboards and kayaks for a modest fee (we did the latter). Decent beach you can walk for a couple miles on, without much in the way of waves so easy to swim. And nice and warm water (late Sept). Howler monkeys, iguanas and birds galore all right there. And beautiful gardens. If you want to do a tour, while you are there, go with Freddy - he is amazing, particularly if you like wildlife. Did his rainforest and volcano tour - amazing and learned so much. His assistant Meme will get you set up. Pura Vida!"
