"I absolutely love this hotel. My manager of the front desk is extremely helpful with some of my needs since I am there for work. Every time I came by him he asked me if everything was all right, if I needed anything. His English is excellent! Not everybody who works there speaks English but they all care to be very helpful. I love things to say at this hotel every time I am in Santiago!"

"Housekeeping, basic supplies, and staff availability could definitely be improved. Staff were rarely seen, and throughout our stay, there were no changes of towels or bed linens, nor was soap replenished. We only managed to get fresh towels once, when we happened to encounter a staff member taking out the trash and asked her directly for replacements. For stays, such as ours (one week), we believe the property should provide an adequate stock of essential supplies, including toilet paper, clean towels, and trash bags, if cleaning is done after check-out. Housekeeping should ideally be provided at least once or twice during the week, particularly for changing linens, replacing towels, and replenishing basic necessities. Although we had no problem keeping the space clean ourselves, having these services or supplies readily available would have made our stay much more comfortable and conwenient. Nevertheless, one of the things we appreciated most was having access to a kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own meals whenever we wanted during our week-long stay. The location was excellent, conveniently situated near a metro station and within walking distance of downtown Santiago. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet during weekdays but became more lively on weekends. Overall, it is a great option for travelers who appreciate having their own space but better attention to housekeeping, essential supplies, and staff availability would improve the experience."

Camas limpias. Muy bueno y precio acorde. Cuando vuelva a Santiago espero pueda alojarme en el mismo lugar, Anfitriona muy preocupada. Un 10/10"
