"Very nice place. Not as close to shopping in Rockport as I was envisioning so I drove. Still not that far away. Breakfast was fairly bare bones and could have been better maintained. Most places provide a better breakfast. I would stay there again."

"Perfect tiny house! View to water obscured by trees and property from house, but the driveway/road to the house has a clear view. Very quiet, short road. Neighbors did not seem to be in residence. Short walk to plumb cove beach- enjoyed sunset there every night. Small refrigerator, but refrigerator/freezer drawers doubled that space! Spiral staircase is steep, so if you fear heights or have mobility issues, this might not be for you. Lots of light in every corner! King bed comfortable, and AC kept very cool. Comfortable couch, smart tv works great. Surprising closet and storage space in the little cottage! Highly recommend!"

"This is a nice property in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room. We traveled with 11 people and never felt crowded. Property is on top of a hill so you’ll get some exercise coming and going, but the views alone are worth the effort. Every sunset was an event!The nearby sandy beach is worth the 10 minute walk. The rocky beach which is very close by was not so useful to us but the park bench above it was a nice place to sit and enjoy the views while walking the dogs. Pet friendly. House was clean, beds comfortable, 2 bathrooms one with a shower, one with a hot tub/shower. Kitchen is well stocked with pots pans utensils etc. tv on first and second floor. WiFi access. Large gas grill on porch as well as lots of porch furniture and a hammock. Air conditioning kept the place comfortable. There is a gas fireplace which we did not use but would be nice for a fall visit. Laundry facilities on the second floor. 10-15 min drive to stores, Good Harbor, Long Beach Gloucester. Communication with host was excellent. Would recommend this property."

"Stayed with family with several young children and we loved it. Kayaks, chairs, and a floating dock on a rocky beach, but a smooth sand beach right on the other side perfect for low tide. It was the 2nd time we've stayed here in the last 4 years, and will probably come back. Parking can be tight, and air conditioning only in the main bedrooms can get rough when you get a heat wave, but plenty of windows and an ocean breeze help."
