"Unit was completely adequate for our purposes. A family gathering on Plum Island. We spent very little time physically in the unit. The inside stairs to the unit were very difficult for two of our party that required assistance walking. I'm sure the stairs would not meet current codes. The external stairs were quite icy when we arrived. Having that scrapped off would have been appreciated. The unit is definitely due for an update. Some lights did not work, the downstairs bedroom floor is in bad shape, the cabinet over the refrigerator is weird and was clearly not installed by a professional. But it was comfortable and met our needs."

"Staff was super friendly, room was great, they fulfilled all my our (anniversary) requests with professionalism and without hesitation. Only downside was the TV in the living room and we couldnt watch it at bedtime. Other than that it was great! Thats why we keep coming back!"

"Location was perfect and the apt. Was very clean and was great for myself, my daughter, and her 3 kids. We did have numerous power outages which came back on immediately. Hot water was in short supply in mornings for showers. However, these few inconveniences were of little concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful town!"

"Some response was delayed. Lots of sand in the pathway which hadn’t been cleaned out. Parking was definitely a challenge for two full sized SUVs . No way were we comfortable parking in what was noted as two parking spaces."

"The house was great! Very clean and a nice bed to lay our heads. There were many accommodations, we unfortunately didnt have time to use since we were on a tight schedule but we would definitely stay here again! The best part was being right on the water! Also so close to town and great shops."
