Ideally positioned just off aptly named Chapel Street, the building sits opposite the historic St Aubyn’s Church, giving the property a charming setting while remaining close to local amenities and transport links.
Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, with one king and one double, each benefiting from its own bathroom. Of which, one is an ensuite with a shower and WC, while the other family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and WC. There is also ample storage space throughout, making it easy to settle in and feel at home during longer stays.

From here, you can catch a train into the city centre, northwards into Devon, or west into Cornwall. Buses and taxis are also readily available.
