The location is excellent for anyone who wants a combined beach/city break . Beach ,marina , restaurants, all in walking distance ,and the city is easy to get to with a tram stop a short walk too. 5 star service . Was winter so not everything was open. Housekeeping was excellent .

Beautiful, huge and super clean property with private beach access. Standard Rooms are good size and well decorated. Staff speaks fluent English, they are friendly and helpful.

Everything was wonderful! Perfect location on the beach for walking the promenade. Short cab ride into the old town. Wonderful staff and food was great!

The people were so nice! Everyone was there to make sure everything went well on my trip. When the AC went out in the room, they immediately gave me a new room where everything worked. Andres, the concierge, was especially helpful and his English was Good. In the breakfast area, the hostess, Louisa, is awesome! Her English is flawless and she is so friendly and helpful! She comes across as incredibly intelligent and linguistically talented! I'm looking forward to returning to Las Arenas just to interact with these two exceptional people again!

Wanted a suite. Worst suite I have been in. It’s dimply a room with a long useless hallway

Thank you for your feedback !! We have a total of 10 suites and no one has a long corridor and neither is dark. I guess there is misundertanding and you should have reserved another kind of room.

The hotel is lovely. The facilities are brilliant. Spa is fabulous. The location is the best. Loved the back door that takes you straight to the beach. You can take hotel towels to the beach. It makes life easier. The only thing I did not like was the mould in the bathroom. But the receptionist let me change rooms after trying to clean it first. So problem was solved well, eventually. It’s not massive problem as they just need to replace silicon. However it does make you wonder how often it was cleaned in the first place.
I would stay again as the hotel overall was so nice, facilities and location was excellent.
