It was a lovely clean property, well placed for the science museum , shopping , Oceanogràfic. A couple of main points that we didn’t like were that we were greeted by one of the grumpiest people I have ever seen in hospitality. He hardly said a word and it was though it was an inconvenience us being there. First impressions are very important I think. Secondly is the air con is whacky . It’s hot then cold and you are not able to control it yourself, well , there is a control but google says for that model when the light is on it is controlled elsewhere.

It was in a good location, clean and staff friendly, I felt comfortable and easy, lots of restaurants and food outlets were around. Not that close to the metro but a number of buses stop close by which i didn't use.

We stayed first time in this hotel and woild highly recommend it. Location of the hotel is amazing and very close to the beach. You can walk easily to Oceanographic and Science museum and Opera house and enjoying a shopping in Shopping centre around.I was disappointed about service in the restaurant as we paided for a breakfast for 8days at the reception first day of our stay and one of tthe stuff treat us very badly last day on our stay front of the others because their system shows that we didn't pay.This is not acceptable at all!!!Very friendly and helpful stuff on the reception!!!

Very nice hotel with great facilities and amenities. Location is amazing, offering easy access to different parts of the city. The only negative aspect of the hotel is the elevators (or lifts): they are poorly synchronised and extremely slow not only to arrive but also to close and open the doors. Definitely the slowest lifts I have ever seen, and this can become a problem during a long stay, very annoying. I'd rate the hotel 4.5 only because of this, but still an excellent hotel.
