We visited for New Years we saw a small fireworks display which was nice as we watched from the hotel balcony.
The only issue was the room was often warm and stuff so we would open the window for some air but there was an awful smell that Would come in.
The staff were so nice and friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. Easy to find your way around.

Compliments to house keeping as it was immaculately clean and kept beautifully.
Breakfasts were great with an excellent choice.
The restaurant was lovely and I could have eaten there everyday. Staff were particularly nice and helpful there.
Similar comments apply for reception.
However I will get a better positioned room next time. Not the hotels fault.
It is conveniently positioned for tram link to metro system so no need for taxis or buses.
All in all I am pleased but will attend to room choice more closely next time.

Lovely deck area for sun bathing with jacuzzi. Hotel is right near the beach.
Rooms not huge but very nice and functional. Tea and coffee making facilities, free water and soda in room fridge each day. Breakfast is good. Plenty of choice. Freshly made to order omelettes are delicious. Didn’t dine in the restaurant in the evening so can’t comment. Did have a drink in the bar where service was a little slow but pleasant. Close to tram stop so very easy & cheap to get in to the city. Tram to Sereria Maritim and then Metro in to Colon. Also easy to get to and from airport. When looking for places to eat, don’t just look along the beach front, go a good few streets back where you will find more local restaurants offering better value tapas etc.
