"This stay was worth every penny. Beds and mattresses a 10. Room Service a 9. Staff was great and spoke English. Property was beautiful. We ate meals on the nearby blvd with a lot of choices. Had a bit of a problem with internet access AND no English language channels on the tv..but if you spoke Russian there was one channel available."

"Everything was fantastic been friend for years. Didn’t get accommodated for the upstairs restaurant. Made a reservation for the wrong day. That’s on me. But, at least a cocktail to See upstairs would have been Nice the insider and concierge team was next level. "

"The rooms were expected to be ready by 3:00. However, of our 4 rooms, one was not ready until after 4:00. Not a big deal usually except we had been traveling overseas and were needing to get some rest. The doorman was very friendly and helpful with information about the area. Staff was very pleasant."
