O hotel precisa de uma revitalização. Os quartos e corredores têm carpete. O carpete está sujo e velho. O jardim japonês estava em manutenção por 4 dias. A sala de jogos é boa, mas alguns brinquedos estão muito velhos e com cheiro de mofo. Parte da recepção estava reformada e linda. A outra parte estava velha. Os atendentes são muito educados. O atendimento é ótimo. A comida é excelente. Em todas as refeições. Todos os pratos bem feitos. Alimentos selecionados. A cafeteria é também bem agradável.

O hotel é razoável, não vale o valor. Espaços pequenos, especialmente para essa lotação de julho. Piscina externa extremamente pequena para comportar adultos e crianças. Área Kids das piscinas deveria ser com água climatizada como da piscina de flor. Saguão onde acontecem as apresentações, muito pequeno também. Comida bem razoável, muitas coisas ruins na verdade, uma ou outra que era bem feita. Pizzas bem ruins... Cerveja Corona e Heineken só na cafeteria, ninguém ficava subindo e descendo pra buscar. Chopp Gonçalves muito bom! Internet boa, exceto nos horários de pico. Atendimento HORRÍVEL pela mulher e pelo homem do setor de tapioca e omelete, principalmente da mulher: extremamente mal humorada, grossa, seca. Observem. Festa Julina foi muito boa. Barmans do bar principal maravilhosos. Agora os da piscina, precisam de treinamento... drinks horríveis. Eu preferia subir a rampa e pegar no bar principal. Show de mágica sensacional. Limpeza é a principal queixa, não há. Corredores imundos, não houve serviço de limpeza no quarto 201 em nenhum dia, mesmo deixando a placa e até ligando na recepção para reclamar. Um frio tremendo a noite e não havia sequer 1 cobertor no quarto, precisei pedir. Pelo valor, compensa mais o Village In, que já fui 5x (mais espaçoso, mais piscinas, mais opções de comida e pizzaria). Fotos: faltaram 2 que tiramos, uma do meu sobrinho e outra da amiguinha dele do outro quarto. As crianças ficaram tristes. Não vale o valor.

No início da estada tivemos alguns incidentes que estavam conspirando para nossos momentos serem horríveis. Vale a pena destacar a interferência positiva do Welington e do Luís, da equipe de gestão do hotel. Ao saberem dos incidentes fizeram de tudo para nossa estada ocorrer sem problemas. O que prometeram foi cumprido e só mostrou que uma boa equipe, antenada e com o poder de decisão torna momentos médios em incríveis e foi isso que vivemos. O Golden é espaçoso, com muitas opções de comida e de diversão. É, literalmente, um lugar para chegar-se e ficar lá por dias. Gostamos muito da cordialidade das equipes e da maneira com que fizeram para tornar nossa estada muito boa.

A estadia foi boa. Gostamos muito do local, acomodações, comidas, bebidas e atendimento dos funcionários. Aponto apenas falha na limpeza dos banheiros das áreas publicas. Muitos hóspedes para uso desses banheiros, deveria ter um sistema de limpeza contínuo. Os demais locais do hotel estavam limpos.

No geral foi boa. A comida, embora farta e variada, é razoável. A bebida, no geral, é boa, mas os vinhos são horríveis. Só há uma piscina pequena para adultos e fica cheia de crianças. A música na piscina é sofrível. Só há um elevador para restaurante e piscinas. Os funcionários, sem exceção, são gentis e atenciosos.

Lugar muito gostoso para passar com a família (crianças ) pois há muitas atividades e entretenimento. As piscinas são excelentes, pois todas são climatizadas, além de de contar com sauna e piscina coberta. O buffet é completo e atende a todos os gostos. O quarto que pegamos era bem espaço e confortável, ponto negativo foi o vazamento no box/chuveiro. Outra coisa que pecou foi na agilidade e limpeza das mesas durante o pico das refeições, além de contar apenas com 1’elevador geral para todo o hotel. Embora tenha estes pontos o lugar é muito gostoso e recomendável. A comidae bebida são de boa qualidade.

Hotel antigo, enxoval desgastado, comida ruim. Falta muito para ser um resort. Apenas 1 elevador para suprir todos os hóspedes. Piscina adulto super pequena. Os monitores razoáveis . Nao recomendo pelo custo benefício e nao voltaria.
