"A most lovely and comfortable valletta on a beautiful estate about 10 miles from the village of Radda in Chianti. Sabina and Annie are lovely and happy to be helpful.The rolling and steep hills of Tuscany dotted with ancient and handsome estates and castles is truly enchanting One can easily imagine what life was like centuries ago in the beautifully preserved villages. This area of Tuscany seems to be off the well beaten tourists’ paths. You must rent a car; we found driving in Italy FUN. However this area is very popular with bicyclists and motorcyclists so you have to be very alert and quickly responsive when driving. Do beware that there is a village about 20 miles away that bears a very similar name to this estate that our Google maps took us to. Tho villages are a fairly close distance the driving time is double due to the very winding, sharp curvey roads."
