"WiFi signal so weak that is basically unusable. The young employee at the front desk was extremely rude. When inquired about double charge on a prepaid room, he became argumentative and insisted how it was not their fault (it was and I got a refund from the manager later). Will give NEGATIVE 5 star if possible."

"Staff are wonderful. Water pressure is so bad it took 4-5 minutes for my water to get warm. ADA hand held shower has no post to position in a way that people can wash hair with both hands. No daily cleaning of the room. Garbage gets piled up. "

"Very clean apartment with full kitchen supplied with everything you need. Comfortable beds and large TV in each room. There is a gated garage for your vehicle and an elevator. Great proximity to UC Berkeley, it only takes 7 -10 minutes to be on campus. Grocery stores and restaurants were very close too. Host is polite and even complimented us on being able to park a lifted truck in the narrow parking garage. "

"the room was clean no air conditioning staff was rude and they don't except cash or debit only credit cards and the want 60 cash deposit but they don't except cash. makes no sense"

"This is the first time we are staying here. We thought that it would be not that good since the price is very affordable. But we were sorpresa that the room was very clean, NOT smelly as many we’ve found at the same price, the bed was not that bad. We could do late check in and they have a late check out (for an extra fee) available. Overall was good (and more than expected) for the price. We will stay here again. "

"Very much a “get what you pay for” place but with friendly owners who do their best to accommodate. I stayed while they were getting brand new AC units and it got so hot in my room. I asked them if they have any type of portable fans & the manager gave me the one out of his office."
