"At the last minute they changed my property location to the second Sheraton with the pool under construction. As a result there was no pool for my stay. Also I had a problem with an adjacent person staying that was making a lot of noise at night (and sleeping during the day). I complained to staff and asked to move my room for the final night, but even though there were other rooms available they did not move me. When I checked out they said someone would get back to me about that issue but I never heard back."

"Let me start by saying that our biggest issue with this location was that the pictures online didn't match the IRL experience at all. Staff was friendly and the place was fairly clean, but overall it's an extremely low budget motel. The towels had stains, fridge didn't work, shades don't block outside light, and our bathroom door had a huge hole in it (looked like someone punched it). Value for the money was not there. Unfortunately would not stay again. "

"First time staying at a hotel in Shelter Island and I loved the place. Beautiful view of the bay and marina especially at sunset. Very peaceful and relaxing surroundings, perfect place for vacationing. "

"This should be called a motel not hotel. Had to pay $10 for parking and the lot is small and tight. A/C unit was leaking water. Mosquitos in our room. "
