Hotel Viata

10/10 Excellent

"The staff were super friendly and the room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful views and wonderful restaurant onsite as well."

Hyatt Place Austin Cedar Park

8/10 Good

"Room was nice and comfortable. The only thing I can suggest before an accident happens ,to do something about the extremely slippery shower floor. I'm pretty .able but it even made me very uncofortable and worried that I might slip.(There is a grab bar) The breakfast was kind of mediocre .I had lot better breakfast in much cheaper motels .The bar we didn't try, sorry."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin - Cedar Park

8/10 Good

"My wife and I stayed here for three nights. The hotel is generally well maintained, clean, and near good location. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The breakfast is great. One little unhappiness was that the room was not cleaned by staff after second night. Maybe we need to request room cleaning services."

Lakeway Resort & Spa

8/10 Good

"Overall a nice place to stay. They offer a bit of everything, and it’s a multi venue location. It was built in 1963 and has been updated over the years. As of October 2026 it could probably have another update for lightning above the check in area, and some of the rooms/bathrooms. Not bad, just shows it’s not a recent updated hotel. The Hotel has great areas to hang out, a back porch bar and patio overlooking Lake Travis, seating areas in the front, in the lobby, and when you exit the elevators on each floor. The pools are neat, as they have stuff for adults, teens, and children. They have swim up bar. Most of the pools are 3’6” kind of shallow, but they have a 2’ strip area near the hot tub for small kids. The hot tub is good sized. They have a L shaped pool that you can walk down into, or have a handicap lift drop you into and it goes to 9’ deep. They have kid slides, and a water fountain area. The there was like a food shack, but I never saw it open. The bar area does have food/snacks. The spa area and fitness center are nice, and is part of a multi story venue/hall. There is the 63 Restaurant that is also multi story with venues/halls. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. They serve breakfast and dinner (they close from like 3pm to 4pm for a change over). Food offered is okay, a little limited but enough to cover most people from kids getting pizza (cheese or pepperoni) to adults wanting a nice meal like a Wagyu steak. A good vacation stay for me, but pricey."
