"The condo was exactly as described, kitchen well equipped, all the beach accessories we needed, and amenities for our stay. The host responded immediately and we had no issues during our stay. "This house was PERFECT for our extended group, who came in for our son's college graduation. It wasn't too far from restaurants, beach access and view were amazing-we miss waking up to that view every morning. Property management was communicative and easy to work with. We even got to briefly meet the owners who were lovely. We would definitely book this house again!"

"I was very disappointed with the room, dank,dark, a strange odor. Nothing like the picture. I was told my truck and trailer would fit in a grass space next to the highway. It did not. It protruded into the entrance drive way on a very busy street. Thinking about my liability I decided not to stay. The manager was very rude and threatened to not return my payment. When I contacted Expedia they listened to the manager even when I offered to go back and take pictures, saying “the manager says there is enough room”. After very long discussions, with 3 different people I was offered 24$ to be used on a following stay. Expedia said they have no possible way to return my payment. Since they have no control; their claim of being a travel assistance is invalid."

"The condo was exactly how it is listed and shown. It is a very nicely maintained condo just a little smaller that I expected but perfect for us. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and dishware, etc for cooking. Balcony is ocean side with a great view. King size bed with a small bathroom w/shower off of the master bedroom. Full size bath off the hall near the other bedroom. We were very comfortable with our stay and felt safe there. We will definitely be staying again."

"We were in town for the college cheerleading nationals. The house was ideal for our large group. It was close enough to the convention center to be convenient but far enough away from the chaos. The house was clean and close to the beach. It was well stocked with the necessities but the kitchen could use a few more trays and pans. The only issue we had was the windows on the front of the house leaked during a heavy rainstorm. We will definitely look to rent here again when we come back next year."
