Great boutique hotel

Staff were very helpful, stayed late to let us in after our flight was delayed, called a taxi for us and gave suggestions for restaurants. They responded right away to our emails. Hotel was well located and very clean with a nice outdoor patio and common living room. We would definitely recommend it and we will stay there again.

Anibal waited for us and explained everything about the property. Our room was super clean with beautiful hardwood floors. The hotel is located in the middle of everything, restaurants, shoppings parks.

Would reccomend

We used the hotel to stay whilst we travelled around ponta Delgada. The staff was really friendly, the room was clean and well kept, beds were comfortable. Would reccomend.

Room key was bad. Don’t expect welcome gift/drink!

It was a worrisome check in as the site says only people there between 8am-8pm. Glad to know someone was in the house when we arrived. However, we were disappointed when there wasn’t any welcome gift upon arrival and welcome drinks as indicated in my booking. While that isn’t that big a deal as we were just glad that we were able to check in smoothly, the worst thing that happened was after we returned from dinner. By then the housekeeper had already left, and we had a very hard time opening the room door with the provided key. It took us at least 10 mins to turn the key every which way to get it to open. This was a nightmare. The vibe of the place was just weird all around.

Ingolstadt begrüsst Ponta Delgada

Hotel was under renovation and they sent me around the corner, so technically I review the other hotel. By both were cheap and just fine for a night alone in PDL. Good area.

Great service with minor annoyances

The hotel appeared clean and was well kept by the housekeeper Carlos. He was very kind and hospitable but didn’t speak English, so communicating our needs was challenging, but he made it fun. We had a couple minor annoyances during our stay that are worth mentioning for other travellers. Our A/C unit had a leak, which led to a large pool of water in our room by morning time. We raised it to the staffs attention and it was fixed the same day. We also encountered bugs/roaches in our room during our stay. Not sure if this is commonplace for hotels in the Centro, but thought it was worth a mention. Parking is available in the free city lot 5 min walk away, but not on site. Otherwise, the place was nice and central. Carlos again was amazingly hospitable, great with our kids and fun to interact with. We felt very safe and well taken care of otherwise.

Top in Ponta Delgada

Grosses Zimmer, super Bett, dafür die Dusche unendlich klein, aber es ging. Mitten in der Stadt, top gelegen. Wir wurden nett begrüsst, wenn auch etwas Sprachbarriere ohne Portugiesisch bzw. ohne Englisch. Alles sehr unkompliziert.

Excellente situation

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre et proche du port. Chambre spacieuse, état et propreté irréprochables. Cafétéria pour le petit déjeuner et commerces très proches L'accès à notre chambre au deuxième étage avec les valises était un peu compliqué avec des escaliers assez raides. Le seul point désagréable est que l'hôtel mentionne un parking gratuit, ce qui laisse supposer qu'il s'agit du parking de l'hôtel. Il n'en est rien, même s'il existe un parking public où nous avons toujours trouvé de la place situé néanmoins un peu loin. Aucune place près de l'hôtel et tout est payant.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Patio area was lovely. However, it said free parking was available but failed to mention it was 5 BLOCKS AWAY. The streets were not ideal for hauling luggage and the free parking filled up fast so we had to pay for parking on several occasions. Free parking was the main deciding factor to stay here so it was quite an inconvenience. Bed was comfortable and they provide orange towels specifically for the hot springs so that was a nice touch.

Uma boa opção para quem quer ficar mesmo no centro

Boa relação preço/qualidade sobretudo para famílias, pois têm 4 camas separadas sem exigirem um quarto extra. Para quem leva malas muito pesadas pode não ser uma boa opção porque não tem elevador Camas muito confortáveis. Adorei a almofada. É um AL não inclui PA mas o café Central é perto e é uma boa opção

Situé en plein centre et belle chambre mais un peu bruyant et les stationnements sont compliqués alentour. L'accessibilité avec escalier rend difficile l'accès avec les valises. Pas de bouilloire dans les chambres ni de boisson ou cadeau d'accueil comme annoncés lors de la réservation.
