Inviting and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment, on the 4th floor of a private condominium and closed to third-party access. The entire area of ​​the building is adapted for wheelchair accessibility, whether in courtyard areas or even inside buildings equipped with several elevators.

The condominium area is freely accessible and includes several patios with traditional Portuguese cobblestone flooring, made up of flowerbeds built into a basalt stone wall, with seasonal/traditional flower decorations and also a leisure area with a ping-pong table. . In addition to the patios, we invite you to enjoy the garden area, right next to the pool. Our swimming pool, of reasonable size, is free to access, with a solarium area around it.
