The award winning Branksome Chine beach is at the bottom of the hill (7 minutes walk) as are Branksome chine woods. Canford Cliffs village is a 3 minute drive and Bournemouth and Poole town centres are both around 8 minutes drive. The property is finished impeccably and has its own secluded garden and sun terrace as well as gated off road parking and storage for bicycles.
