"My visit was quick but very enjoyable. The staff is excellent. Breakfast was delicious. The place overall took me back to a luxurious hotel stay straight out of the 1800s. The bar and dining area is lovely. I loved it and would highly recommend it. "
"This place was wonderful. The instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow. The antique decor looked great. We had a great experience here. We will be back. "
"Been visiting this property for years and every time the rooms are always very clean, the most important thing about this property is the ocean views, it maybe an older hotel but the upkeep is great."
"Cute place that we enjoyed. The only issues were the internet waa spotty and the bedroom was pretty warm. Otherwise, we enjoyed it. Quiet neighborhood, close to the cruise terminals."

"Hidden gem - been coming to Galveston for years. First time at Lucine and we will be back. Great vibes, great views (upstairs bar/patio, the pool is awesome, mid-century decor) and a great stay!"
"My stay has been nothing short but excellent. It’s conveniently located near the beach within a walkable distance to restaurants and shops. Housekeeping is very helpful. It’s an affordable and comfortable stay. My only complaint would be the breakfast which isn’t much of a breakfast. They offer muffins and coffee. Otherwise, I recommend."
"The price was great. If you’re looking for fancy it is not for you. If you’re looking for clean awesome location that won’t break the bank check it out. We plan to stay there on our next trip back."
