The apartment has been recently renovated with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and sleek bathrooms. The apartment is perfectly situated just 5 minutes walk from Four Mile Beach and 10 minutes walk to the main street of Macrossan Street.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed, a balcony with pool views and outdoor seating, air-conditioning, a fully renovated ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom features a king bed, air-conditioning and a built-in wardrobe. The second fully renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity along with a laundry - the laundry facilities include a washing machine, clothes dryer and laundry sink.
