Spotless, large and airy room with all the amenities that you need. Very helpful and polite staff. The restaurant has a warm ambiance but would it recommend the steak -it was tough and inedible. Overall a great choice of hotel near Amsterdam Zuld

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing. Everyone at the front desk was kind, friendly, and welcoming. The suite rooms were clean and had all the essentials if you plan to stay for a while. Also the hotel is conveniently located in a mall and there are options for shopping, food, and groceries. Also, it is a short distance to the Amstel Park which was very nice to go for a walk in. I highly recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed at Element Amsterdam, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel is situated inside a beautiful high-end mall, which made everything so convenient including a grocery store where I could easily grab a few essentials I forgot to pack. The location is also incredibly walkable, with easy access to the Central Train Station and surrounding neighborhoods. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff, especially Andreina. What a lovely person! She went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and informed during our trip. She pulled out maps, shared thoughtful recommendations, and gave us tips that helped us explore so many great local neighborhoods we might have otherwise missed. Thanks to her guidance, we experienced Amsterdam in such a rich and meaningful way. I’m so grateful to the entire team at Element Amsterdam for making me and my friend feel special, welcomed, and cared for. I would absolutely stay here again!

The room was clean and furnished with a good quality of furniture. Breakfast was excellent, staff provided wonderful service throughout our stay. The location is convenient, being close to a supermarket. However, we weren't advised about the free bus from the shopping centre to Train station which meant we had to walk at least 20min each way to get around. That was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was very good accommodation experience overall.

The room was very clean and the staff were accommodating, friendly and eager to help. The free breakfast was a great bonus and the coffee machines in the room were also. The bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. The location was also great. Nice and quiet while not being too far from the city. Public transportation was easily accessible to and from the hotel.

Stayed here for a 1 night stay. It was close to the airport and they offered a shuttle to the airport which was very convenient as we had to leave for the airport at 5am. They also had a restaurant that had decent offerings for dinner.

Aparthotel with spacious rooms, sitting above a good shopping mall. Many restaurants and supermarkets to choose. The staff members were very helpful. My husband needed medical care during our stay. The night duty staff found a good hospital for him. Really appreciate the wonderful service they provided.

Conveniently located in a shopping plaza with access to restaurants, grocery, coffee shops and other retail stores. Parking is shared with the mall but no issues during my stay obtaining a spot (€20 per night with hotels discount, no in-out privileges however). Clean, bright and friendly hotel. Breakfast was provided at the attached restaurant.

It was a nice experience, the room was big and comfortable, I stayed with my wife so we had plenty of room which was helpful with the luggages. The hotel was in or next to a mall, it helped us to buy some souvenirs and some late dinners. The personnel of the hotel was always ready to help and the incluyes breakfast was above the standards.
