"They were so friendly they were so attentive and helpful! If I go back to Lake Como, I would stay there again! I loved the fact that they had free breakfast every morning and free water service when they came to clean my room! The bed was unbelievable, I got good rest! My view from my room was amazing and peaceful. Huge shout out to the entire staff and the restaurant staff as well! The food was amazing and the service was too. As an AA I appreciated the customer service, the laughs and hospitality ❤️"

"One of our best hotel stays ever! Richard is 10/10 and the views, cleanliness, and hospitality are unmatched. Make sure to eat at the restaurant as the food is delicious and they source a majority of ingredients from their garden. Will definitely be coming back next time we come to lake Como and highly recommend for anyone visiting."

"We enjoyed a wonderful week with our family of ten; children and grandchildren! The main level of the house is fabulous, with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, and the amazing outdoor patio space offering open or covered seating and dining, roomy hot tub, and stunning view. Kim and Alex were extremely helpful with our planning, including arranging a cooking class with a chef and his assistant. The house manager, Debora, was so very warm and helpful with everything we needed. She even ordered pizza for us the first night, since the grocery store was closed for a holiday! There were a few minor maintenance items that Debora was on top of as soon as we notified her.The house is almost 2 miles walk to the Lenno ferry stop, but has easy access to the Greenway walking path. We did have a car, so a few of us could drive and park in Lenno. There are several good restaurants nearby, which makes dining out easy. The two bedroom floors gave us the ability to have a bathroom for each family, and the elevator saved my husband and I with our creaky knees! All in all, a delightful family week in a beautiful location; a memory we will treasure!"
