"Nice hotel in a great location, in a quieter neighbourhood while still being very central. The rooms are a bit small, but modern, clean and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. Unfortunately, on several occasions the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and simple questions often seemed to be met as though we were bothering them. This was really the only downside to an otherwise nice stay."

"My friend and I decided a couple of weeks ago to visit Majorca to watch the eclipse. This hotel came up on Expedia and we liked the look of it, and the pools were a definate draw. Our stay was very comfortable but our ground floor room felt a bit out of the way. It was at the rear of the property, so has no balcony or view, but has a little patio. The large room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a smallish menu for lunch and an additional bbq menu in the evening and the food was good. The waiting staff are lovely and service quick. Breakfast was great, with a good selection of food and drinks. Staff are really helpful and friendly. We didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked lovely. The outside pool is immaculately clean and has a friendly lifeguard. The views from the pool are awesome. The hotel is a 20-25 min bus-ride to the Cathedral area and buses are frequent. It cost €25 in a taxi from the airport and €45 on the way back because there was more traffic."

"Good communication with the staff pre-stay and on arrival. We were shown around our accommodation and got lots of helpful tips for local places to eat. Accommodation for myself and four boys was great - we had plenty of space and throughly enjoyed our one night stay!"
