"We booked a Superior Double room. It was a very spacious room with a large bathroom (and a large shower cubicle). The room also had a balcony. In short, the room was perfect for us. The breakfast was very good, with a generally good variety of savoury and sweet options (although the choice was broader with sweet options than savoury ones). The hotel has a good swimming pool. We did not use the gym (it had some machines but overall the room was small and there were no mats) or the restaurant (it seemed pricey). The staff are all kind and helpful. There is good availability of free parking outside the hotel. I understand that there are some bus stops close to the hotel but we did not use public transport."

"We upgraded to Red Level, which was worth it because of the room upgrade, breakfast was included and the lounge facilities that included free drinks (beers, cava, wines and soft drinks with nibbles) and tapas from 1700-1900 each day. We had a great view of the marina, bay and the cathedral in the distance. Very friendly staff, who were more than helpful. "

"The breakfast was amazing and the hotel and amenities lovely. It was really easy to get to Palma by either bus or cab. We checked out early and put the bags in the store room as we had a late flight and thought it would help, so that they could turn the room around comfortably for the next guests. .Unfortunately I left something in the room and realised soon after but wasn’t allowed to retrieve it and was told that housekeeping would check. They didn’t. We also weren’t told that you have to book the courtesy room to shower and change so I had to use the spa which doesn’t have lockable changing rooms. Just a bit of a dampener after an otherwise lovely stay."

"The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful! The beds are incredibly comfortable. There is a paid parking in the next street belonging to the hotel, but it is very tight so a big car wouldn't suit, and my guess is most customers who drive would park on the street but it would be a gamble as it gets very busy. The breakfast is a wide selection of continental breakfast items and very good quality. The only minor complaint I have is the fragrance in the lobby is quite strong and every time I pass by it would make me cough, and the room is super warm even when no central heating is on (we visited in the first week of April when the nights are below 10 degrees Celsius and it was so warm I could barely keep a sheet over myself during the night)."

"The Rooms were clean (except for the time where i saw a bug on bathroom) the Staff were very nice and professional the parking we were parking outside and not in Garage while i dint went to bar but views were excellent from the hotel and thats of what i wished if we gotten a room of the views to the bays of Palma and Cruise ships the lift steep thing were great and it will save your energy so that you wouldn’t walk that uphill the pools while they were closed since i was in March but the view from pool to port is just wonderful and yeah this is my review its a great hotel though if you want the view of what you saw the pictures from this site then book double room since thats what the staff told me about this and yeah thats how you gonna get that view. "

"We had an exceptional stay with affordable price comparing to other hotels. Everything was so smooth and amazing. Room was clean, bathroom had all the amenities with amazing showers. No noise at all. Had the best view of palma from my room even when i didnt book a room with view. The view from the rooftop was a 10/10. Will definitely visit again "
