The Space:
Step inside this spacious 2200 sq. ft. home and discover a haven of comfort and entertainment. This property boasts four well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring its own TV for personalized viewing. With a total of six beds, there's ample space for everyone. The home includes three bathrooms: two full bathrooms and a convenient WC. The highlight is the 500 sq. ft. bar-style arcade, equipped with three 50-inch TVs, perfect for streaming your favorite content and catching multiple games simultaneously. Enjoy the convenience of two full-sized washers and dryers to make laundry a breeze. Outside, the property offers 80 feet of water frontage and a private 40-foot dock, leading to a sandy-bottomed area ideal for swimming and wading. The double lot provides plenty of space for outdoor games and relaxation. Parking is available with three spots directly in front of the house and an additional three spots in front of the black chain-link fence. Situated on a cul-de-sac, the home is easy to locate and offers a peaceful retreat.
