"Wonderful villa, superb location, lovely pool, exceeds all expectations.Matthew was brilliant with his communication and recommendations.Villa is superbly equipped, everything we needed was provided a real home from home. Included was a very generous welcome basket, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, even enough loo roll for 2 weeks with 6 people. Towels for pool/beach were provided and there are so many inflatable pool toys available (including pump). Child safety is paramount and there are baby gates strategically placed around the villa.About 40 minutes walk from the Arenal area but quite a few bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Consideration should be taken for those with mobility issues, the hill up to the villa is quite long and with that in mind there are stairs between levels. The under build is a self contained unit with its own kitchenette and pool access, it also has no stairs so would be ideal in those circumstances.Taxi's were easy enough to get back from the Arenal to the villa and only cost about 10 euros, we did not take a taxi the other way.For rainy days there is plenty to do in the villa, jigsaws and games and a very comprehensive TV setup in most of the rooms with multiple language options for movies and sports.The outdoor kitchen is fantastic with the gas bbq and bread oven and there are multiple outside areas to sit and eat.The villa is not overlooked at all and the views are spectacular.We will definitely be visiting again !!"
