"Pros: The terrace of this apartment is truly amazing. You can sit and watch marina life all day and it's also a perfect spot for relaxing in the evening. We spent very little time indoors but the place was spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped, although we used it seldom as we chose to eat out at the variety of restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment. "Son Mayol ist ein wunderschöner Ort…. Wir waren zu viert und haben die Zeit sehr genossen… Die Natur und das drumherum, der Hof, die Katzen, der Pool, die Landschaft, alles wahnsinnig schön… Innen drin, ein wenig dunkel und es fehlt ein Aufenthaltsraum wie Wohnzimmer… Aber im Sommer ist das kein Problem!! Sehr freundliche Frauen, die sich um das Haus kümmern. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!!"

"Aankomst was in het donker, waardoor we het appartement 2 keer voorbij gereden waren. Sleutel lag in een kluisje verderop, prima geregeld. Appartement is prima, enigszins wat verouderd. Mooi terras beneden en een groot dakterras. Zwembad is heerlijk en 24/7 open. Airco living ging kapot (in augustus echt een must) en werd snel gemaakt. Na 2 dagen ging deze weer kapot, maar is daarna niet meer gemaakt. De wasmachine begaf het ook tijdens onze vakantie, maar werd binnen een paar dagen vervangen...

"Great hotel with an all-inclusive option we loved. The hotel is right on the sea at Cala Egos. 3 pools and all inclusive option provide so much at a great price. Buffet has good options everyday. The staff are so kind, friendly, and helpful. Everything we hoped for was here. Already planning a return trip here!"

"We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2026. We thought the place was lovely with all you need for a stay with friends, partners or family. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The hotel has several lovely and well maintained pools, and access to the beautiful cove - sun loungers on the cove are free. We really loved it here and are already looking to return."

"Extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not reflective of the branding, price point or photos online. The hotel felt chaotic, poorly maintained and far from the luxury boutique escape it claims to be. Cleanliness and hygiene were a major issue throughout our stay - including hairs in room and mouldy water bottle provided in our room. The most concerning incident happened at 7am when a large flower tile attached to the ceiling crashed down onto the outdoor seating on out balcony, waking us up suddenly. A serious safety concern and completely unacceptable. Service was inexperienced, sloppy and unhelpful throughout. Common areas were untidy, the food was very average, and the overall atmosphere lacked any sense of refinement or comfort. Ironically, the gym was probably the best facility - but even that was dirty and poorly maintained. We booked this as a special birthday weekend and ended up leaving early and relocating to Palma because the hotel simply did not feel clean, safe or relaxing. Would not return or recommend."
