The room was spotless and had superior fittings in the bathrooms. Loved our room so much and the interior of the hotel. Overall it was faultless. "The first impression was different from what we were expecting. The building is situated in a small street and there is not parking around. The front desk people were really nice. Nevena was one of the people that helped us the most while we were trying to navigate the area. The hotel is in a residential area closed to the University and Il Giulia Mall. You can walk to several restaurants and the Mall has a grocery store. The only issue was people hanging out outside of the Mall or hotel begging for money or drinking, but aside of that, I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place away from downtown. The staff again was really friendly and nice since the first floor of this hotel is the dormitories for the University. Just be mindful that there is no parking around building only for unloading and then you need to find parking. Good luck with that!!!"

"We stayed just the 1-night and for that this hotel was perfect! The way to the room was janky and the walking path to our room felt weird. It felt as if the hotel bought the next door building and tried to merge both the architecture together but didn't work out. The included breakfast spread was great with various many options and a first time I have seen champagne / sparkling wine available :)"
