Great location...poor room service. Room was not serviced during our entire stay.

I booked this last minute when another hotel booking fell through. All I knew was that I liked the area it was in and needed a place to sleep but I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice and cute it was. Highly recommend for solo travelers!

Location excellent, staff very helpful and courteous. Hotel very clean and facilities great for a short stay. Our only suggestion would be ditch the useless coffee machines and invest in a kettle for the rooms

Assigned room was with window facing to wall even after requesting good view room. When asked the person who gave the key said it is a good view room.

The room is great, neat and spotless. The staff greeted me when I came in. The room itself is much larger than most that you might get in London. Had tea kettle with a wide assortment of coffee and teas. Also, the pub serves fantastic Indian food, with an excellent variety. They also serve tradition British food also. I will definitely be back.
