The ONLY good thing about this property is the location.
The reception is closed from 5pm-9am and will not even reply to phone calls even in emergencies. On one night, we were locked out of our room for an entire night from 10pm until 9am, because of leaving the key inside, and there was no one to talk to until 9am. On top of this, we were charged $50 to open the door. The door was opened within minutes by the housekeeper and we continued our stay. The property lied and stated a technician had to open the door and replace locks---it is IMPOSSIBLE for all of this to happen within MINUTES.
When I later reached out to management regarding this absurd fee that we were not warned about, she very rudely said it will not be refunded. Expedia was completely unhelpful, sttaing they cannot refund it because the hotel does not allow it--so do not be fooled if you think Expedia will ever be able to override a hotel's treatment.
The reception and management had horrible personalities. I expected at least understanding and respectful interactions with the manager, of all persons, but that was not the case when I contacted her, Denisa.
I highly do not recommend this property; there are tons more in that area in the same price range, including many Airbnbs.
