Great location, beautiful room, excellent housekeeping! Only slightly inconvenient to only have front desk occupied from 9am - 5pm. No laundry service available

Location, Location, Location!
Superbly located, very close to Old Town Square and the Jewish Quarter, on a quiet street. Surrounding area felt very safe. Both room and en-suite were spotlessly clean and warm. Daily cleaning was included. Reception was next door and check-in and check-out were both hassle free. It was very good value for money. Would definitely stay here again. Taxi from airport cost about 20 euro and took about half an hour.

Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions to our questions. A second or larger pillow for the bed would help with comfort and more plush/upscale feel. Location was perfect! Would definitely recommend.

My room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Staff was super accommodating when it came to late check-in and early check-out. This location is so close to everything, so you can walk to almost everything within minutes. Only thing I would change is the bed, it was a little too firm.

Nicely presented room, was on the top floor so not ideal if you aren't the most sprite. The person at the front desk was a bit blunt and not the most welcoming but it is what it is. Rooms nice but everything else was a bit lacking.

Great location, few minute walk to old town and all the major attractions and restaurants. Very quiet and secure building. High ceilings and rooms look exactly like the photos. Only thing to be aware of is while there is a lift, the lift is on every half level (you need to climb approx 15 steps to reach the lift, and from where the lift lands, about another 15 steps to get to the actual level).

Gorgeous Prague Rooms are exactly as the name states, Gorgeous! Huge, clean room. Coffee machine in the room. Complimentary water. Room service every day. Excellent location. Very close to Old Town Square. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing place!!! I was a little surprised because it is not a traditional hotel but more like an old apartment building converted into rooms. The rooms were exceptionally adorable, clean and bright. The area was spectacular. Literally a 3o second walk to the Old Town Square where everything is at for traveller’s. I just loved everything about it, and would absolutely come here again and again.

A few minor issues such as small room refrigerator not working and issues with safe. Receptionist helpful with safe and said she would notify repair needed for fridge but in our 3 day stay repair not completed. Also very noisy outside until later hours as outside tables for patrons usually being used. The heat required the windows be open all night.

The ONLY good thing about this property is the location. The reception is closed from 5pm-9am and will not even reply to phone calls even in emergencies. On one night, we were locked out of our room for an entire night from 10pm until 9am, because of leaving the key inside, and there was no one to talk to until 9am. On top of this, we were charged $50 to open the door. The door was opened within minutes by the housekeeper and we continued our stay. The property lied and stated a technician had to open the door and replace locks---it is IMPOSSIBLE for all of this to happen within MINUTES. When I later reached out to management regarding this absurd fee that we were not warned about, she very rudely said it will not be refunded. Expedia was completely unhelpful, sttaing they cannot refund it because the hotel does not allow it--so do not be fooled if you think Expedia will ever be able to override a hotel's treatment. The reception and management had horrible personalities. I expected at least understanding and respectful interactions with the manager, of all persons, but that was not the case when I contacted her, Denisa. I highly do not recommend this property; there are tons more in that area in the same price range, including many Airbnbs.

I am so sorry for this story of yours in our property. I definitely understand your anger but If you leave the keys inside the doors from inside you can't open it with second pair of the keys from housekeeping. We need to call technician how was in the building at that moment because he repair another room that's why it was so fast. You payed penalty for work of technician and for new door lock. At the morning there wasn't any miss calls from you at any of or two phones where you can call during the night when the reception is close. I understand that this situation was very uncomfortable for you but it is not necessary to made a statement like this. Best regards

Loved how beautiful, boutique, comfortable this place was!! Looked exactly like in a picture; clean and romantic, located perfectly to enjoy a trip too Prague with everything the old city has to offer, easily walkable to all attractions and restaurants!!

For the price it was good, clean and central. Reception from 9-5 is less useful if you are on business. there is an option to use the reception at a related hotel not too far away but slightly inconvenient.

My stay here was very pleasant and my room was very cute. And they provided bathrobes which is alway super nice. But you should know because it isn’t made clear when you book that you can only check in at this hotel between 9 and 5. If you don’t make this window you have to go to there other hotel the golden Prague rooms, it’s a three minute walk away. We only figured this out because we ran in to another guest. Additionally on my last day the cleaning staff removed all but one hand towel and the bathmat from my room so we had to use our robes as towels.

Great location. Couldn’t ask for better spot honestly. The bed and pillows were slightly lacking in comfort, and the couch had a bunch of stains on it. Overall I recommend it because of the transportation they offer and location making everything very accommodating.

unsafe for seniors. not suitable for young children. too many stairs, they promiss an elevator, but stairs to get to the elevator and from the elevator. apartment building. no front desk. check in is 2 blocks away, so, either you separate with your party to check in and come back, or you lug the luggage in the streets for 2 blocks (if you are lucky to find it) and back. it took us 40 minutes to find the check in place. this place over promiss and under deliver. Go to a real hotel, they are your best bet. cheaper, better placed, safer, with breakfast. we left after 1 night. they never reimbursed us. we lost 1000$ but were happy to go to Astoria hotel. cheaper and better.

Good afternoon, I am sorry that hotel didn't suites to your needs. We also twice offered you room change (one room completely without stairs). If you have any special order because of your mobility you need to inform yourself before you made a reservation if you prefer hotels with breakfast a full hotel service don't reserve apartment house. Reception should be reopen at May. We didn't give you payment back because you agreed with reservation condition.Best regards

Great place to stay in Prague - walkable distance from all major attractions, located right next to many restaurants and shopping areas. The room and bathroom were clean and more spacious than expected, and I did like that they have placed the refillable shampoo/soap in the bathroom (instead of individually packaged mini versions). Highly recommend!
