The property is gorgeous and the management (I dealt with Petra) was super responsive and helpful to handle any question. Petra was also very flexible when I had to make a change in my reservation. My family and I had a very good experience and we definitely recommend it for a stay in Prague.

The shower could be done in a smarter way. Water on the floor after a shower. The rain head was of poor quality, possibly lack of maintenance.

Quiet, comfortable and attractive

The apartments are in a very quiet part of Mala Strana, not far from the Norwegian Embassy, and a very manageable and straightforward walk from Malostranska metro station (you can even get a tram between the two if needed - I didn't) The apartment interior is really nice, an although there is no formal reception, the instructions for entry to the building and picking up room key were clear. I had a minor issue with my room safe but, via a quick bit of communication with Petra, this was soon resolved. Petra runs a very tight ship, and manages to sit on many chairs (as they say in Prague, apparently). I would most definitely stay here again. I've been to Prague a few times and it's not every place I would say that about.

Petra was amazingly responsive to every query and request. She manages the property with great care which makes for a most enjoyable stay. We found wonderful restaurants within a 5 minute walk…Piknik Park (Italian), Altany Kampa (Czech) and Bella Vida (eclectic) with great breakfasts if the Bistro in the apartment building doesn’t suffice. The location is ideal in the historic area. We had a super time for our first trip to Prague. I hope it won’t be our last.

We loved the place! Architecturally interesting and beautiful, spacious, excellent AC, great amenities… Really quiet and welcoming. The neighborhood is great- easy access to public transportation, groceries, restaurants and shopping. HIGHLY recommended.
