Property had a lot of character and charm. Front desk personnel were very nice and helpful especially Lisa and Daria. Breakfast buffet was quite good and substantial.

This was a unique hotel. Location was great, within walking distance of many sights we wanted to see. It was difficult to find driving in, but once we were there all was good.

Excellent hotel and location!
This hotel was an absolute refuge for our stay in Prague. Great location for walking to sights on both sides of the river, great breakfast that fed our hungry teenagers, and great staff: friendly, helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Filip for teaching me how to say thank you in Czech and providing some history about the building.

Amazing buffet breakfast was included in the price. It was within walking distance if many sites. It backed into a park which was quite nice. The outdoor patio was a pleasant surprise and the staff was excellent. We had a great stay.

Great location and easy to either walk or take public transport. It was just outside the big tourist area which to me was a big plus as the restaurants are not as overpriced and you can see where the locals frequent. Great breakfast, charming ambiance, off the beaten path. It was ideal.

Used online check , made check in when we got there super fast. Room was a good size and spotlessly clean , cleaners came everyday of our stay . Breakfast as others have mentioned is fantastic, so many options to choose from and plentiful, i didnt have to eat again until night time. Lovely medieval decor . Location was quiet and only a 10 minute walk from attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly and a nice touch was a free drink and handwritten welcome note in room from manager. Had a fantastic 3 day stay here and would definitely be my hotel of choice when i come back to Prague.

Pleasant experience
The restaurant and the breakfast buffet, which offers free flow of Prosecco and freshly made juice, is fantastic. So is the overall design of the hotel interior. But the room itself, although clean and has really comfortable beds, could have been better arranged technically and aesthetically. Good service. Offers welcome drinks.

Real good stay. But paying customers shouldn't be charged for parking. I was also charged for a breakfast voucher I didn't even use. I ate breakfast Saturday morning, my wife ate breakfast Saturday. But Sunday i was the only one who ate breakfast and the wife didn't. The front desk said that just because I requested two vouchers he had to charge me even if she didn't eat.

A solid 3 star, but not 4
The hotel really isn’t 4 star caliber. I’d say a solid 3 star, but 4 star no. The breakfast is fine, but it’s not enough to make it 4 stars.

The hotel was nice with friendly staff and clean rooms. Some of the rooms could be a bit too small since we stayed twice and saw couple different rooms. It it very close to everything and you do not need to use any transportation to go anywhere within Prague. We walked everywhere from the hotel. The hotel does not have an Air conditioning so if you are going during hot months it may not be the most cool place to stay.

I really enjoyed the medievel decor and great buffet breakfast. However, what I did not like is the city of Prague. On our way to the airport, my wife and I were dragging 2 heavy suitcases and jumped on the front of the tram expecting to pay by card. I asked where the machine was, no one knew, I started toward the middle of the tram when I was stopped by ticket inspector. The short of it is that I was fined 1600 corona (800 per person) because I did not have my ticket ready to be inspected when he got to me. We had not even reached the first stop yet. Since that is the way I was treated, I will never return.

A great hotel!
Kampa is a wonderful place! We loved everything about the hotel. The location is perfect, the old building has a lot of character, the breakfast is wonderful. Unfortunately we were in Prague during a heat wave so it felt a bit uncomfortable in the room even with a fan. But many old hotels in Europe don't have AC so this issue comes with the territory.

Great stay! Check in was easy and the bellman personally escorted us to the parking lot- very kind and helpful! The location is perfect because you csn walk everywhere but aren't in the middle of the noise and crowds. Also, the hotel's decor is very cool and unique! Will definitely be staying again!

We did not get a room with a single bed as requested. Instead, we got a room with two beds. The agent told us we could move into a room with a single bed next day but we had no time to change the room. The room was very clean but it was small for 2 people. Breakfast was great and friendly staff at the reception desk. I would recommend this hotel.
