The included breakfast is excellent, although the wait staff were somewhat unfriendly. The staff at the front desk, however were very friendly and helpful. "I would check in advance with the hotel if the lifts are working properly and if their internet access is functioning. More than four times I had to take the stairs, because the lift never came. Or when the lift did arrive to my floor, it was packed with guests. I could not use it. I ended up taking the stairs. I suspect one of the lifts was broken. I also had lots of issues with the WIFI connection popping on and off. I have stayed at the hotel before and had no issues. It is in a great location."
