"The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The pre-check-in process was excellent and our special requests were noted and accommodated before we arrived. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable, bathroom had shower gel and shampoo. The only downside was breakfast. There was a large tour group staying at the hotel, which made the breakfast service feel a little disorganised. Food was not replenished quickly enough and there wasn't enough crockery and cutlery available for guests. With better planning during busy periods, the breakfast experience could be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return."
