Spacious Family Friendly Home near BYU, UVU, Sundance

This large home is minutes away from BYU, Center Street in Provo, and is close to the interstate. A public neighborhood pavilion and playground sit a stone throw away, convenient for family gatherings or play.

Close interstate access allows for quick commutes to most anywhere in Utah County, and close location to a couple different canyons makes it a perfect location for hikers of all skill levels to explore what Utah has to offer.

Bicentennial Park is located just down the road and includes a frisbee golf course, massive field, duck pond, and a charming boardwalk that wraps through a wetlands preserve. These are some of the charms that this area provides!

Great home with a huge comfy couch for lots of people
We had 12 in our group and we had plenty of room for everyone. The host responded quickly and took care of anything we needed promptly. The neighbors are close. Very close. But we never heard any noise. There is a beautiful park just a short walk away where my daughter did her first look before her wedding. I highly recommend this property. Games, toys and books.

Beautiful home with plenty of room!
We were very pleased with our stay. We were a group of 8 adults in town for a wedding, and Emily’s home was the perfect home base for our long weekend. Everything was perfectly clean (and we are some fussy ladies 😉). We had a little snafu when we realized late in our first day that there were no washcloths or dish towels to be found, but Emily responded quickly and arranged for a Walmart delivery first thing in the morning. My only suggestion: Since the home can easily accommodate 8-12, it would be nice to have enough coffee cups, as well as a larger coffee pot. Not a big deal for us as some of us drove and brought along thermal cups … just a thought 😉. Highly recommend this property if you are going to be in the Provo area!

Perfect family house
Loved our stay in this property. Lots of space and everything you need! The kids loved the huge basement where they played games and watched movies. The kitchen is very well equipped. Easy to get to and good access to the freeway. Would stay here again for sure.
