"Went for our honeymoon and had a great time. Very clean and well maintained property. Workers were doing maintenance every morning, the food was very good, the room was clean and comfortable. A few things they could work on was the lack of signage when it comes to restaurants being open or closed & the odd worker came off as rude but most of the staff were very kind and accommodating. We would go back and recommend to others."

"Family of 5, with a 6 yr old, 5 yr old, and 2 yr old... we thought this property was just perfect for us. The food was surprisingly good - well seasoned at every location. The pools and waterslides were great. And the kids loved the random daily activities and night shows. A few points of improvement: there was cat poo that didn't get cleaned for a few days on the stairs, and a baby pooed in the shipwreck pool on our last day and we had to leave that area... but otherwise, a great trip. We would recommend to another family around similar ages. We would not recommend the property to couples (unless you go to the adults only section, but the buffet is still filled with young kids), and would not recommend to a group of young adults as there is zero disco or nightlife other than the PG evening activities that end pretty early."

"The staff was lazy. Don’t waste your money on platinum you will have to walk about 10 min to get to the lobby because the golf carts are either not passing or they just left your stop and it will take them 15 min to come back. Also the price for better rooms is not as it looks. The drink are just juices and when you ask for double on a margarita or any cocktail they give you a face. If you are going in a big group (6 or more) don’t do this resort. The service is bad, not everyone is bad but a great majority of the staff doesn’t want to work."
