Beautiful house in lovely location
If you are looking for the property that caters for everything, look no further. Spacious, spotless, private, beautiful pool, sat TV, a short walk to a wonderful restaurant, quiet surroundings, ample parking. Thank you Thomas for allowing us to use your wonderful property. Lovely villa
Really well provisioned, obviously well-cared for and very spacious. We were happy for the week we were here and made good use of the pool. Large supermarkets nearby, town and sea a short drive away. Great restaurant at the bottom of the road. Thomas the owner was extremely helpful and helped us sort out a car and was accommodating over our late arrival. Highly recommended property.

Gute Ausstattung in sehr ruhiger Lage. Oberhalb von Puerto de la Cruz, aber mit dem Auto, bzw. Bus schnell in der Altstadt. Abwicklung mit Thomas war sehr gut.

Traumurlaub trotz Corona
Das Objekt ist in einem Top-Zustand, etwas oberhalb von Puerto-de-la-Cruz in einem kleinen Wohngebiet mit reinem Anliegerverkehr. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, zwei Badezimmer, eine zusätzliche Toilette, begehbarer Kleiderschrank, modernste Technik, vollständige Küchenausstattung (bis auf eine Spülmaschine), ein traumhafter Pool mit Terasse und Sonnenschein bis in den Abend. Der Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, ein Problem mit dem Fernsehen wurde am nächsten Morgen sofort persönlich behoben. Der Putzdienst hatte das Haus bei unserer Ankunft wirklich sehr gut saubergemacht und hat uns alles erklärt. Mehrere Supermärkte in weniger als 1 km Entfernung mit Sonntagsöffnung waren auch sehr gut für die Selbstverpflegung, in fussläufiger Entfernung gibt es auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant und daneben einen günstigen Imbiss. Alles in allem haben wir sehr schöne zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht und werden sicher über einen erneuten Urlaub dort nachdenken. Vielen Dank an Thomas für den perfekten Service auch beim Mietwagen.

Ferienhaus mit Vor- und Nachteilen
Positiv: + Sehr geräumig und größtenteils hell eingerichtet. + Wein, Wasser und Obst standen zur Begrüßung bereit. + Guter Wasserdruck, was auf den Kanaren nicht selbstverständlich ist. + Hochwertige Gegenstände, z.B. Webergrill, gute TV-Geräte, eine Bose-Anlage und eine sehr gute WiFi-Verbindung. + Perfekte Lage: Nicht direkt im Touristen-Trubel, dennoch zentral. Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. sind in Kürze mit dem Auto oder zum Teil auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Ausgangspunkte für schöne Wanderungen sind in ca. 20-45 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Neutral: > Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich. Allerdings war er bei uns in 12 Tagen nicht 1x vor Ort. > Ein Geschirrspüler wäre angenehm gewesen. Allerdings war dieser auch nicht in der Ausstattung aufgelistet und wird daher nicht negativ gewertet. Negativ: - Auf den ersten Blick war es grundsätzlich sauber. Erst im Detail ergab sich ein anderes Bild: Die Griffe der Küchenschränke glänzten von vorne, aber wenn man sie umfasste, blieb man hinten an ihnen „kleben“. Auch ein Großteil der Lichtschalter war klebrig und staubig. Das Besteck war zum Teil schmutzig. - In den Räumen befinden sich viele, nicht aufeinander abgestimmte Deko-Gegenstände. Aus unserer Sicht war das Trödelkram. Leider fungierte vieles davon als Staubmagnet und sah entsprechend ungepflegt aus. - Einige Dinge, wie z.B. ein Duschschlauch, der in die Jahre gekommen ist und ein Couchkissen, in dem schon ein großes Loch ist, könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. - In der Dusche des weiß-grauen Bads waren gräulich-schwarze Punkte, bei denen wir vermuten, dass es sich um Schimmel handelt. - Leider war der Parkplatz nicht nutzbar, da wir keinen passenden Schlüssel für das Zugangstor hatten. Fazit: Wir hatten unter dem Begriff „Luxus“ etwas mehr erwartet. Passender wäre die Bezeichnung „Geräumiges/ Gemütliches Ferienhaus“. Insbesondere wegen dem Aspekt der Sauberkeit haben wir 2 Sterne abgezogen. Hinweis: Wir sind an dem Wochenende im Februar 2020 angereist, an dem der Sandsturm aus Marokko über Teneriffa fegte. Unsere Kritik an der Sauberkeit dieser Unterkunft bezieht sich ausdrücklich NICHT auf den sandigen Außenbereich und den anfangs nicht nutzbaren Pool. Das war ein Naturereignis und kein Verschulden des Vermieters. Die Reinigung des Außenbereichs und des Pools erfolgten in einem angemessenen Zeitraum.

Traumhafte Lage, absolut ruhig mit viel Sonne
Vielen Dank fuer diesen traumhaften Urlaub. Wir aben uns super erholt und haben viele Stunden auf der sonnigen Terrasse verbracht. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Der Besitzer Thomas war auch jeder Zeit ansprechbar und hat uns einige super Tipps gegeben. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Wunderschöne Villa - perfekte Unterkunft

Sehr schönes Haus und wunderschöne ruhiger Lage
Allen Mitgliedern unserer sieben köpfigen Patchworkfamilie hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit tollem Pool und Garten mit schoener Terrasse. Auch den Aussengrill kann man gut nutzen. Das beste Restaurant TITOS ist gleich um die Ecke. Gerne immer wieder bei einem Besuch auf Teneriffa mit mehr Leuten.
