Excellent location in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, next to Plaza del Charco, where shops, restaurants and trendy entertainment venues are located, even in front of the supermarket building (Supercor) and free parking on the pier esplanade.

The beaches and places of interest of the center are located a few minutes away by pleasant walk (Lago Martianez, Punta del Viento, Loro Parque, Playa Jardín, Puerto Viejo).

The studio apartment is very cozy, bright and has a nice balcony overlooking the pier. It is an ideal apartment for couples. Equipped with Wi-fi, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron, washing machine.

Puerto de la Cruz, Apartment Marina
Erst mal zu dem Apartment, es ist schon in die Jahre gekommen alles etwas schmuddelig . Aber ich bin da nicht so pingeliger war 35 Jahre auf Montage und hab schon einiges erlebt. Die Lage ist genial zwar etwas laut aber ist halt im Zentrum direkt am Charco der Vorteil ist man braucht kein Auto man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Der Erste Supermarkt ist keine 50 Meter entfernt. Was ich empfehlen kann, fahrt mit dem Bus ist günstig und ihr habt nicht die Parkprobleme. Teneriffa hat ein Fahrzeugproblem 🙈einfach zu viel. Aber zurück zum Apartment es hat alles was man braucht vielleicht wäre ein Backofen nicht schlecht aber gut es kommt auch drauf an wie lange der Aufenthalt ist ich war 2 Monate da und war zu 90% Selbstversorger. Der Gastgeber Carlos ist sehr nett und antwortet sofort wenn man einen Rat braucht und lässt einen auch in Ruhe seinen Urlaub genießen. Fazit ich würde gerne wieder hingehen aber das muss natürlich jeder selbst entscheiden. Wer absolute Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist da eindeutig falsch es ist wirklich bis in die Nacht sehr laut. Liebe Grüße Christian aus Rheinland Pfalz

Im Herzen von Puerto de la Cruz
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Puerto de la Cruz sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft verfügt über alle erforderlichen Ausstattungsmerkmale, zudem existiert ein Fahrstuhl. Der Vermieter, Mr. Carlos zeichnet sich durch eine sehr gute Erreichbarkeit aus, es bestand ein ausgesprochen angenehmer Kontakt. Rückmeldung erfolgte stets unmittelbar. Er war uns ein guter Ratgeber in allen lokalen Fragen, war stets hilfsbereit, weit über das übliche Maß hinaus. Die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch fußläufige Entfernung zu allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs aus. Einkaufen, Restaurants, Apotheke, Medizinische Versorgung, Strandpromenade, Nachtleben, Verkehrsanbindung etc. usw. Sollte uns unser Weg nochmals nach Teneriffa führen, werden wir die Unterkunft gerne nochmals nutzen.
