  • In Puerto de la Cruz, the holiday home "Martianez con Wifi" boasts an excellent location close to the beach. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request.

    A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.

    Nearby recommendations include Lake Martiánez, Plaza del Charco, the botanical garden, the close-by beaches, the Taoro viewpoint, La Ranilla, Mirador La Paz and the Martiánez Shopping Centre.

    Pets are not allowed. Families with children are welcome. Air conditioning is not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. The property has step-free access. Parties are not allowed. This is a no-smoking property.

Perfect location for remote working

Pros: Everything was perfect The place is really well located with access to the city center and the sea. Clean and perfect checkin/out with Mary. I recommand it for holidays and/or remote work.
