Holiday Studio 'Frente Oceano' with Sea View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

The FRENTE OCÉANO apartment is located in Tenerife, on the beautiful and unique Playa Martianez in Puerto de la Cruz. This charming 53 sqm studio, fully renovated and carefully designed, can accommodate up to 4 people, with one bedroom and a living room. It features a bathroom and a fully equipped private kitchen. The apartment offers high-speed private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dishwasher with appropriate detergents, as well as personal hygiene products and other comforts. Access is barrier-free and elevators ensure easy mobility, while outside there is a communal garden. The private pool, recently renovated, is on the 7th floor, with a spacious panoramic sun terrace where you can admire the ocean, Mount Teide, and beautiful Puerto de la Cruz. On the same floor, you will find restrooms with showers. Towels and sun terrace towels are provided.



Parking is available both in the inner courtyard and on the adjacent street. Events and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment. Public transport is easily accessible on foot. The condominium is at the beginning of the enchanting Sant’Elmo promenade, where you will find bars, restaurants, shops, and boutiques, leading to Plaza del Charco. Nearby are the famous Lago Martianez pools designed by architect Cesar Manrique and the Sant’Elmo hermitage. Close by, there is a shopping center for your daily needs and more. The owners live on site, but not in the booked apartment. On request, an airport shuttle service is available for both airports, for an extra fee.
