It is located in a subdivision with 24 hour security which is safe for your family.
Home has a caretaker and is available if you have any questions or problems, just a call or text away.

We have internet connection up to 10mbps, but the speed might drop. In case you are working online you can also use your LTE phone or prepaid SMART LTE sim.

Our house is 7 minutes drive to Honda Bay, 1 hour drive to Underground River, 10 minutes Away to Robinsons’s mall. Located to the North end of Puerto Princesa, next to Toyota Dealer. Located near the entrance of the subdivision, a 2 minute walk to get transportation.
