This is a beautiful condo, with natural finishes including tumbled marble, granite slabs and native woods, beautiful open space living directing the kitchen, living, dining, outside terrace and master bedroom all towards jungle and some ocean views! Close proximity to sandy private beach, restaurants in Sayulita and Punta Mita and walking distance to fitness and wellness center.


Private and peaceful property with stunning designs & incridible jungle and some ocean views. You will listen the sound of the waves and relax in your entire stay.

The entire property is available exclusively for Guests. Guests have access to all rooms, the pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, Playroom, Sauna.

Even though we’re on exclusive area, we’re actually surprisingly close to two of the most beautiful places in Riviera Nayarit! you can get there easily by bus, taxi or we can help you to rent a car, you will have your own parking spot.

Almost everything is within a short drive of Haixa:
10-15 minutes to Punta de Mita.
10-15 minutes to Sayulita.

In addition we provide a Golf Cart so you can go around the area of Litibu where you will find:
1 minute to Greg Norman’s golf course.
3 minutes to the Snack bar.
5 minutes to a private beach.
